Since we have a lot of new faces lately, I wanted to post a list of board features. Most of the original posts are long since buried by now.

The custom UBB codes shown below will show up when posting a new message. Highlight the required content and click the appropriate button, the UBB code will be filled in for you automatically.

AionArmory Integration (Added 10/10/09)

Any links to items or spells can be posted without modification. Hovering over them will display a formatted tooltip. In addition, there are UBB codes that will display an enhanced version.

Enhanced Image Support (Added 3/5/09)

While posting a message, you can scroll down the posting page to attach an image or screenshot.

After uploading, you will be able use the "Place inline" button to position the image where you want in your post.

If attaching an image from an external site, you can use the the standard phpBB [Img] tag. However, by default, large images will be cropped at around 700 pixels. It is recommended that you instead use the custom [BigImg] tag instead.

Yay. Thanks #2. I had it all figured out except for the YouTube imbed (I kept using the whole link and not just the idtag). Hopefully more people read this. I really find it interesting and useful to link spells or items that you are talking about in a post. Most people don't know wtf other characters have in their toolkit and when a spell name is mentioned I always have to go look it up on Wardb. Sooo much better when linky link!

I've had plans to write something to make signatures similar to mine, but havnt gotten around to it yet. I do have some semi-functional code done, and I can manually create sig blocks on request.

Only problem I've noticed is that that image links are still not updating for some of my chars, as Flurrie pointed out a few days ago. Since I've moved my profile over to Iron Rock, all but 2 of my chars show as broken images.

I think its because they are all too low level... 1 way to fix it... LEVEL UP! =)

It's the same problem I'm having. I deleted my characters from the "My Characters" section on WarDB, but they didn't disappear from my profile for almost 24 hours. They wouldnt update until they cleared out. Once they were gone, I was able to log them in game, My profiles finally updated, and the images regenerated properly after that.

Our Lead Developer has identified a bug in the Curse Client that is causing some people's characters to not upload correctly, the fix will go out in the next curse client release.

Of course, now that I'm trying to finish up and update the rest of my chars in my sig panel. They're not showing up at all Hopefully this new version shows up soon.
